This summer, I learned how to crochet from my teenage neighbor, Trajan, for his Eagle project. His goal was to teach people and then give them simple patterns that they could do on their own. I practiced single crochet, half-double crochet, and double crochet until my tension was even and consistent. All of the completed projects were donated to children in need at the hopsital. I was able to contribute an octopus and 3 dragons. I owe all this joy and progress to my Master Jedi, Trajan. As of now, I am but a humble padawan. I look forward to growing these skills!
